This is not meant to serve in place of internal motivation, or solely as an external source of motivation, although if that is needed to bridge the gap between where you are and longterm, sustainable habits then I hope it does the trick! It IS intended to help cultivate consistent action, and develop both in and out of the weight room.

Training is huge, but everything else gives you the base to pursue training to the max! I do not like the term “life coaching”, because everything in life matters for everything else, but this is my version of what you think of when you think of a life coach (who actually does their job). The old cliche of the personal trainer who goes above and beyond and tracks you down outside of the gym to make sure you are on point… well, this is about as close as you can get to that on here!
For those still building the habits it takes for success, we provide accountability, guidance, and FREQUENT and at times very in depth interactions. This is more than just a workout plan and some steps to get your life together scribbled on a notepad. This can be a voice in your ear, calling you out when you need to be, patting your back when needed, but cheering with you when you win regardless!
For those who already understand the key to success in life, and demand the best of the best, this is a personal strength coach on retainer to be a resource for you in navigating all things sports performance and fitness related, including lessons from sport and sport psychology that transcend the field, and even the boardroom to life itself.

What you get
Onboarding call 15-40 minutes in length as needed.
Customized programming and general nutrition guidance based off onboarding call, intake form, and continuously incoming data from you!
Daily check in email, text, or 5 minute one-on-one call
Daily or Weekly program send out with modifications as needed.
Up to 30 video reviews per week. You are encouraged to submit these for review by tagging me @joshmillerstrengthcoach on IG, but you can also send them to me direct if you prefer!
Monthly 10-40 minute 1-on-1 call as needed. This can be used to discuss training or to watch you hit a lift(s) live! Whatever helps you most!
Access to coach for questions with priority response. Guaranteed under 24 hours (because I work with people from various time zones and we all sleep), but will be as soon as possible, always! No limit on how many questions.
Access to all the 15 minute weekly and 30 minute monthly group calls and the full video library and private NTBFW page for a whole host of educational materials to support success in athletics and life. Even though you have tons of personal interaction at this level, I have found opening access to these resources greatly increases understanding for those who seize the opportunity, which increases success of execution!
