For many people, the challenges of completing a program, especially a pre-written ebook program, is simply being able to consistently hit the planned sessions. Which is exactly where this program comes in. Ideal for busy professionals, new parents, and those with lifestyles that result in varied access to training facilities. This program is written as a 6 week program that can be repeated over and over in the "off season" for lifters, or almost all the time for anyone else.
This program has 24 sequential sessions with flexibility in application allowing it to serve you as a 6 or 8 week program, with options to execute the sessions in a powerlifting focused facility or in a commerical style gym. A total of 72 sessions alows the lifter flexibility on ALL 24 SESSIONS.
The program is designed in a way that allows 3-4 sessions per week, making this a 6-8 week program. This allows you to have flexibility in execution to stay on track, and to listen to your body about what it needs. And with 3 options for each of the 24 sequential sessions, you literally have 282,429,536,481 potential combinations. Without even considering the increased variety the conditioning options provide. That makes this program especially fitting to those busy groups aforementioned, as well as those in pursuit of general fitness, and lifters with more mileage, and makes it awesome to keep training from getting stale, while also keeping structure!
You have everything covered from warmups and of course the primary sessions, to conditioning, daily mobility and GPP work, and a full exercise index.
This program is designed for well rounded athletic support, and works well for improving GPP and overall athleticism for strength athletes in the off season, it is excellent for LEO, military and firefighters due to the flexiblility to fit the chaotic lifestyle and also be prepared for the physical demands.
But the primary population this was written for would be elite professionals who are former high level athletes. My wife was NCAA top 30 women of the year for track and field, and other people running variants of this program are former collegiate track, football, and basketball stars.
Like I said, this program was originally written for my very busy wife, who always stacks a lot on her plate because she embodies the phrase of being the change she wants to see in the world.
