- 1 Raw and 1 Geared Squat/DL Workout per week 
- All secondary and assistance movements you need programmed to keep you strong and healthy! 
- 48 workouts, 4 sessions per week for 12 weeks. 
This program would work for single ply powerlifters as well, but is designed for multi ply lifters.
