Consistency throughout a lifestyle. For consistent support and covering all your bases, but also because life is a slippery slope, and often how you do anything is how you do everything.
Humans are persistence hunters, all the way back to our very origin. Our superpower as a species is being able to keep going and win by attrition and tactical superiority. To strategize, plan longterm, and maximize gratification and satisfaction, by delaying it if need be.
When we were on the grasslands, we did not survive by running faster than our prey. They would evade us easily. Then we would keep coming. We would learn to track them. We would not give up, they would disappear over the horizon, only to see us reappear and the cycle would continue until they gave up or could not continue.
Just like then, the magic does not lie in brute force tactics, it does not rely on a “hulk smash” mentality to rise to the occassion. The magic lies in the same relentless pursuit that made us apex predators simply because of our willpower, our consistency. We just kept showing up.
Today, when we build systems into our life that make this same consistency automatic, we are setup to eat, just like then.

This program is designed for well rounded athletic support, and works well for improving GPP and overall athleticism for strength athletes in the off season, it is excellent for LEO, military and firefighters due to the flexiblility to fit the chaotic lifestyle and also be prepared for the physical demands.
But the primary population this was written for would be elite professionals who are former high level athletes. My wife was NCAA top 30 women of the year for track and field, and other people running variants of this program are former collegiate track, football, and basketball stars.
